Group bookings can be made either through the online form or by connecting with the airline’s sales department to make enquiries about the same. A dedicated travel agency can also be a point of contact between group passengers and the airlines. Upon submission of the request, the airlines will offer the group travel quote based on the details submitted by the passengers.
Individual bookings for various airlines can be more economical, convenient, and easy to confirm than group bookings. However, the latter cannot offer various amenities specifically fulfill the needs of the group passenger. Also, group booking does consider any special request made by the group passengers to the airlines.
